Return policy

“This return policy applies to purchases from only. Each BWET Swimwear retail partner has their own return policies. Please contact the individual stores for details.

For BWET.COM purchases we offer a 30-days money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn portion including all tags and original packaging materials. All tags and product SKU identifications are required for a full refund. To receive a full refund, (less shipping and handling) all items must be unworn and returned within 30-days of the date of delivery. All items must contain their original packing materials and receipt.

Your original order identification number will be required on all returns. Product samples and free promotional product are not eligible for refund. All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense, and thus can be shipped using the customer’s choice of shipping carrier. BWEAR, LTD. is not responsible for damages resulting from return shipment by the customer. When you contact our Customer Service Team, please be able to provide the order number or the purchaser’s information so we may easily locate the account in our system. Please allow two to four weeks for your return to be processed and documented in our system. Once the return is processed, it can take a number of days for the credit to post to your financial institution.”

Refund policy

All refunds issued will be in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs or any additional surcharges for shipping are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you choose to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order as applicable. 

Defective or Wrong Item Received. 
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 7-days of delivery if a defective or incorrect item was received. If we are not contacted until after the 7-days period regarding a defective or incorrect item received, the customer will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement.

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s).  

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package.
Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to 10 days business for BWEAR, LTD. to post the refund to your account.
