Returns and Refund Policy
This return policy pertains exclusively to purchases made on bwet.com. Each retail partner of BWET Swimwear has its own distinct return policies. Please refer to the specific stores for detailed information.
For purchases made on BWET.COM, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn portion, including all tags and original packaging materials. A full refund requires the presence of all tags and product SKU identifications. To qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges), all items must be unworn and returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The original packing materials and receipt must accompany all items.

Alternatively, returns can be made at the BWET distribution centers. To facilitate the returns process, please provide your original order identification number on all returns. Refunds are not applicable to product samples and free promotional items. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, and they may utilize their preferred shipping carrier. BWEAR, LTD. assumes no liability for damages incurred during return shipment by the customer. When contacting our Customer Service Team, kindly provide the order number or the purchaser's information for easy account verification. Please allow two to four weeks for the return to be processed and documented in our system. Once processed, it may take several days for the credit to be posted in your financial institution.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the product. Shipping and handling costs, as well as any additional surcharges for shipping, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you opt to return your order for an exchange, new shipping and handling charges will be applied to your second order, as applicable.
In the event of receiving a defective or incorrect item, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. Failure to do so within the stipulated period will render the customer ineligible for a complimentary replacement.
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item(s). The processing time and method are contingent on your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be remitted to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receiving the returned package. Additionally, please note that refunds can only be credited to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name matches the Billing Contact provided during the order placement. Kindly allow up to ten (10) business days for BWEAR, LTD. to post the refund to your account.
