BWEAR, LTD. ("we" and "us") is the operator of the website By placing an order through this website, you ("customer") agree to the following terms. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations on our services.

1. General

Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website. However, in the event of a stock discrepancy, we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding whether you prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you prefer us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. The payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price represents the final cost of shipping to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

BWEAR, LTD. gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind. The request to return must be received within 15 days of receiving the item, and the item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and arranging their own shipping. Once the returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase. Please note that we do not refund the value of any shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

BWEAR, LTD. honors all valid warranty claims, provided the claim is submitted within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers must pre-pay the return shipping, but we will reimburse upon successful warranty claim. Once the items are received for a warranty claim, BWEAR, LTD. will process the claim within 7 days. Upon confirmation of the warranty claim, customers will have the choice of a refund to their payment method, a refund in store credit, or a replacement item (subject to availability).

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are expected to be in transit for 2-7 days.

4.2 Transit Time Internationally

International orders are generally in transit for 4-22 days, depending on the selected courier. A more accurate estimate can be provided during the checkout process.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment, Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We strive to minimize shipment delays.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

We can accommodate requests for a change of delivery address as long as the order has not been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

BWEAR, LTD. ships to P.O. box addresses using postal services exclusively.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services do not offer this option.

4.7 Out Of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items, and the rest of the order will be dispatched.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us for further investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is found to be damaged during transit, please reject the parcel if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered in the customer's absence, please contact customer service for assistance.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is already applied to the price of goods as displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, import duties and taxes may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country. Customers are encouraged to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order. Refusal to pay duties and taxes will result in the return of goods to BWEAR, LTD. at the customer's expense. A refund for the value of goods will be provided, minus the cost of return shipping. The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations can be accepted at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the declared value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged In-Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier completes their investigation into the damaged parcel.

9.2 Process for Parcel Lost In-Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier conducts an investigation and confirms the parcel as lost.
